Syrokomli 11/8 (30-102 Kraków) ["Stella Virium Foundation"] which is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2019.0.1781) on the protection of personal data.
