BBO is a FREE barrier breaking project that is part of the strategy of diversity and inclusion in State Street, but also in all BPO / SSC organizations in Poland. It also aims to increase social responsibility and promote volunteer involvement.

Recently, in the ongoing first edition of Barriers Breaking Opportunity project, remote trainings has ended and the participants have taken the final exam. Now is the time for mentoring/coaching sessions, where beneficiaries will work individually with employees from State Street.

If our assumption is to find a satisfying job, and not "waiting" then it is definitely a job in itself and full-time. Some people manage to do it very quickly, others are unemployed for a long time. You can talk about happiness here - an individual matter. However, if we assume the element of happiness in this process, then "happiness should be helped". Therefore, we should not expect work to knock on our door - nor any important thing for us.
